Mexican students have developed a research project to find oat cultivation alternatives that address current agribusiness challenges.

The rectors of Tec de Monterrey and UNAM shared achievements and challenges more than two years after forming their alliance, which already includes the participation of more than 60 researchers from both institutions. It also now includes allies such as FEMSA, CEMEX, and BBVA.

Peter Jones, a leading researcher in systems design and innovation, joins Tec de Monterrey as a Faculty of Excellence member.

David Garza, Rector and Executive President of the Tec, took part in the 14th “Reinventing Higher Education” forum organized by IE University and the University of Miami, at which presidents, rectors, vice-chancellors, and experts from 40 universities analyzed the challenges of higher education.
