David Garza, Executive President of the Tecnológico de Monterrey Education Group, has chaired the 2025 Annual Network Meeting and Presidential Symposium of global university network Universitas 21 (U21).

The Center for Early Childhood is the first academic center in Mexico focused on contributing to creating and strengthening public policies that promote the wellbeing of children in early childhood.

David Garza, president of Tecnológico de Monterrey, began his role as chair of the global university network Universitas21 (U21), becoming the first Latin American academic to hold this position.

The distritotec initiative has received an Award of Distinction for urban transformation in the “Public-Private Collaboration” category from the World Economic Forum (WEF) and UN-Habitat.
