David Noel Ramírez Padilla, Rector of Tec de Monterrey from 2011 to 2017 and Rector Emeritus of the institution, has passed away at 75.

Constructor University of Germany invited David Garza, the Tec’s Rector and Executive President, to present the Mexican university’s case in its series of webinars with institutions that are considered leaders on the global educational stage.

David Garza, Rector and Executive President of the Tec, took part in the 14th “Reinventing Higher Education” forum organized by IE University and the University of Miami, at which presidents, rectors, vice-chancellors, and experts from 40 universities analyzed the challenges of higher education.
