The Swedish ambassador to Mexico has spoken to Engineering for Sustainable Development students at the Monterrey campus about how universities can work towards achieving a sustainable planet.

Camila Flores is a young Mexican mariachi who, amid the 2025 FIRST Robotics World Championship, offers serenades to encourage her team and other participants.

Students from the Tec’s Hidalgo campus and Salem State University have created artwork using waste materials to promote sustainability. Their pieces were exhibited at the Winfisky Gallery in Massachusetts.

Several talented members of the Tec community stand out in this edition of the musical: María José Domínguez as Nala (lead), Carlos Quezada as Scar (lead), Jorge Mejía as swing for Mufasa, and Carlos Rodea as walking cover for Zazu, Timon, and Pumbaa.

Mariana, a singer from Little Giants and a Tec de Monterrey Music Production graduate, has released a single and will soon release a debut album.
